Businesses with two or more employees are eligible for Group Rates. Sole Proprietors are also eligible to apply. Members can choose from several medical plans, one dental and two carriers and are eligible to enroll in most health insurance plans on the first day of the following month that they join the Chamber.

  • Healthy Blue - $15/$25 co-pay or $25/40 co-pay both with $5/$25/$50 prescription drug riders.

• MVP Health Care - Preferred EPO $30/$50 co-pay or Preferred EPO $40 co-pay both with prescription drug riders.
